I'm back after a warm and relaxing holiday in QLD. I must say I still missed my studio. Painting in small sketch books isn't quite the same. I visited many beautiful places and enjoyed the different landscape, which gave me more inspiration for further work. I'm having a break from my classes until October to concentrate on a few ventures which will keep me quite busy. It's also very cold in my studio at night over winter. I'm involved in an exhibition at Narrandera Arts, which is a display of local artists' interpretation of a slab of Red Gum from the local river frontage. This finishes on Sunday with an artist's talk at 2pm. Paint Sip and CreateMy first part is on Saturday night!
I have 11 ladies coming to celebrate a birthday. It will be in a French theme. All supplies for painting will be supplied and the girls will bring their own food and beverages! I'm looking forward to it. It should be a lot of fun!
